PUPACK is a small independent label operated by QAHGBED LLC. We make plush animal backpacks — the DOGPACK and the BUNPACK — and we would rather make two of them properly than twenty badly.
What we actually make
Every piece is a real bag, not a toy with straps stapled on. A lined single compartment sized for a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and a bottle. Gold-tone metal zippers that run smoothly. Adjustable faux-leather straps so it works over the shoulder or on your back. Short-pile plush that keeps its shape rather than matting after a month.
No real fur is used in any of our products.
How we work
We are a small team, so we keep the range tight and put the effort into the details customers actually notice — the stitching on the face, the way the ears sit, the weight of the hardware.
Every order ships worldwide with tracking and arrives in gift packaging at no extra cost: a printed gift bag, a rigid box, a cotton dust bag and a care card. It is how the product leaves us as standard, not an upsell.
If something goes wrong
See our refund policy for cancellation and refund details. If a parcel arrives damaged or tracking stops moving, tell us and we will review the issue and help with the appropriate resolution.
We would rather sort out a problem than win an argument.
