Processing, Production & Shipping Times
Some PUPACKS products are made to order, produced in limited batches, or may temporarily return to production after selling out.
When an item is in stock, orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
For made-to-order, backordered, or high-demand products requiring additional production, production may take approximately 3–5 weeks before shipment. The estimated production status may also be communicated by email after purchase.
Once the order is ready and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not from the original purchase date.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that production and shipping times may vary based on product availability and agrees to the production and shipping terms applicable to the order.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Production is scheduled to finish by November 8, 2026. Shipping begins on November 10, 2026, and orders are expected to ship no later than November 20, 2026.
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Delivery transit time begins after shipment and varies by destination and carrier.
Shipping methods
Pupacks works with reliable local and international shipping carriers to deliver orders securely and efficiently. Depending on your destination, your order may be handled by carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, or other local and international delivery partners.
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your destination, order value and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Pupacks may offer free standard shipping as part of a promotion or for qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout. Express or expedited shipping options may also be available for an additional charge.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Pupacks.
