This store is operated by VVCCUUE LLC, trading as Pupacks. By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Any compare-at price shown alongside a sale price refers to a price at which the item has previously been offered. We try hard to keep pricing accurate; if an obvious error appears we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund them.
The product
Pupack is a fashion accessory made from synthetic plush. It is not a toy, not a pet carrier, and must never be used to carry a live animal. Measurements shown are approximate and taken from product photography; allow small variation, as plush filling settles differently in each piece. Screen colours vary between devices.
Care
Spot-clean the plush with a soft damp cloth and let it air-dry. Do not machine wash, bleach or tumble dry. Damage caused by improper cleaning is not covered.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is governed by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any account credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Pupacks name, logo, product photography, copy and page design belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of that jurisdiction.
